I realize there are not a lot of people who do NOT feel the same way, but dh and my parents all like Aruba better than Hawaii.

That is why I'm going... I liked Hawaii, but excepted it to be something magical and it was not. Now don't get me wrong I love being there, but I been there, done that let move on and on and on...

Smile tamarijin

Hi Ann

We stayed at the Tamarijin in May/June this year, and loved it so much we've booked two weeks there again next year. I think there is always something you dont like about a hotel, with us it was the buffet breakfasts, lunches at the Tam. Other than that, the Paparazzi Restaurant is wonderful, food and service excellent. The Ginger, also really nice, - we also enjoyed a couple of meals over at the Divi at the Blue Parrot.. again excellent all round. We figured out during our stay that a lot of people would take a slow stroll along the beach first thing, take in the view, and have breakfast at the Divi - theirs is the better buffet.

We did feel however, that the location, staff, and all other facilities at the Tam were out of this world, so happy to spend our annual leave there again next year. Where can you get that seaview right outside your bedroom door....!! The turquoise sea, white sands...
