WOW it's getting worse instead of better. I'm hoping the Tam comes through with a lot of BOGO deals again this year. (I booked before they offered them last year)

Cyber Monday almost always has a 50% off, not date limited (if it is then the date range is something like a year, we book each November for our september visit... they just take a 1 day deposit and the remainder gets taken 1 month before stay.

Another beach update.... Hurricane Matthew made the bad spots worse, but the good spots (1900-2300) are still looking OK, water is still a bit rough so that could change, but last day here so last update i can give. Divi all inclusive got nailed harder than Tam, good news is that the current appears to have shifted to drag sand back from the more northwesterly beaches back towards the Tam. Beach between tam and divi got hit hard, but I think the beach ended up shorter, but longer. boardwalk got damaged in a few places by the lobby and 5 Huts knocked down. I expect this will all be cleaned up within a week at the rate the crews around here work.

One thing to note about the Cyber Monday sale at the Divi is, the deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel. It's still a great deal.

Thank you for posting pics. It seemed like the beach was finally starting to come back so it's a bit discouraging to see this, but maybe it will help bring the beach back in the long run. I feel so bad for those doing the clean up. Hope you enjoyed your trip and safe travels home!

Judging by this mornings waves on the CDM beach cam, I would say the Tam beach is being reconstructed. Do hope the plywood is still up along the boardwalk as there appears to be a very high tidal surge. Have been there when similar waves/tidal surge flooded the 1100-1300 block rooms. Waves a really break far out which in turn changes the ocean floor. Hoping for the best outcome. If these waves continue I suspect the surfers and boggy boarders will be at CDM and ABC beaches.

Greetings all. I have some tam pics to post. I may have to wait until I am home and on my PC. I don't recall how to post thumbnails.

Just wondering if you have or can take any pics of Divi beach. Wondering how the beach is coming back. Looking forward to your pics, have fun.
