Tamarjin Vacation
We just came home from the resort and my only complaint is we had clothes stolen from our Patio day one. Bathing suits, short and my kids soccer ball. I guess live and learn we never left another item of clothes out at night. The beach was great mother nature was very nice to us this trip. We can not wait to go back

Yes at night late after 11pm, other than that it was fantastic as always, the staff is great there, as for the food it depends on what you like to eat, I am a meat eater and I felt some of the steak was dry, but everthing else was awesome. The entertainment was great the new circus show on Sunday night is a must see. The day time staff, especally Bradley the Fun Maker was awesome. 16 days was not enough.
Have a good time |

The Tamarjin theft
I have been visiting Aruba with my husband several times a year for the past almost 36 years and first resort we ever stayed at was the Divi Beach Resort. We never had a problem with theft as basically Aruba is a very safe island. Unfortunately you have to be careful when leaving your personal articles out overnight if you are on the ground floor. The Divi and Tamarjin have plenty of security guards walking around night and day which is helpful, but in your case, the security guards were not in the area of your patio. I'm glad you had a good time despite the theft.

I was at the divi all inclusive oct 30 to nov 13 with my family, a full two weeks. I left out lots of clothing every night and it was all there in the morning, guess its a matter of one bad seed stealing. Odd, cause the place is not cheap so u figure the people have to have had some money to b there. Sorry that happended. I thought the tam had more of a wild crowd than the divi.

Couple years back there was an issue with watershoes being stolen. The thieves were selective with regard to size. We speculated the thieves could have been illegals that came/swam ashore and were in need of shoes. Chalked it up to a lesson learned.
Personally, I don't leave clothing, shoes, and or valuables in our front yard at home. Why do it in a foriegn country?

We don't know who did this to us in the 6 years going there we never had an issue. Live and learn, this will still not deter us from going back and still getting a patio room we love the 1st floor being able to walk from the patio to the beach. To be honest I think it could have been the tourist, we had tons of people to the left and right the first day there and the next empty rooms so who knows really....
