What's the opinion of the Hyatt

My fiance and I are getting maried this weekend and heading for our first trip to Aruba Monday. I booked at the Hyatt, but how does it stack up to the other resorts on the island as far as beach, pool area, entertainment, amenities, partying, etc?

It is definitely one of the nicest resorts on the island and newly renovated. Dh and I spent three night of our honeymoon there and were sorry that we did not spend the entire two weeks there.

The only complaint, unless you have booked a suite, is that they do not have sit out balconies. Otherwise the resort is a 4 star all of the way.

The Hyatt is great. We stop there everyday on our walk. We walk from the Marriott and usually have lunch on the pier outside the Radisson and then stop for a cocktail at the Hyatt. Hotel is very, very nice. Not many rooms with balconies. Lobby and grounds are beautiful. You will not be disappointed

Didnt stay there but was at the casino there alot. Hyatt is gorgeous in all ways but the clientelle is a bit different than the other resorts. I found them to be a bit snooty. You know, like rich snobs. It didnt bother me because we hung out with our own party of 9.
