I'm wanting to stay at the Hyatt for a few days during my stay in the fall. I have no idea where the best place to book would be. I've checked online on their website and you have to pay (full amount) in advance to get those rates. I called the hotel directly and they said that we'll find better deals online. So I'm wondering where all the rest of you book? Do you use an online site or just the hotel site?

I booked with Hyatt through their gold passport points program, since we have some points to apply to our stay. We did the 'three for free' special, and only had to make a deposit of one night's stay to hold the reservation. If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, I think they will match or beat it.
