wifi @ the renaissance marina tower and suites

Is the wifi good at the ren. Would really like to attempt to do a daily report.
Lou has nothing to do with the computer and no desire... Doesn't understand that I would be totally
    lost without tech.
Or text ... nothing. LOL My son and I laugh with him...
We will text each other from our rooms to chit chat.

Thank you so much !! Got an awesome deal through Price Line then added another night on my own for the Tall Ships
Do have tubes for the island, my water bottles wrapped in the towels with the snacks and of course my little nips.
Golf cart between the 2 Renn ??
Any extra info will be so greatly appreciated.
We have never been there and very very excited. Will be leaving on a early flight 10:45 (leaving work at 6am and straight to the airport.
Should get to Aruba in 3 hours...
Will return to Orlando on a Saturday at 4 pm suppose to go to work at 10:45 pm but with the silliness of BS I just might call off. Will lose my base pay 30% for two weeks... or just but the bullet and go into work... won't be that bad.

    Here's a few tips....
go out to the island early 8:30 ish sneak your coffee out its so nice sitting there with your coffe e reading Aruba Today

there is a golf cart that carries people between the 2 resorts use it. Ask concierge to call it for you.if you don't want to walk

checkin is at 4, and that's pretty much what it is. Bring in your carryon a swimsuit and flips. Change in bathroom and head out to pool. Friday's are checkin for timeshare there and it's crazy in the lobby

you cam walk to a very small but convienent graces store behing the Renn Marina towers. Has soda, water chips cheese liquor. Get your groceries and get on the golf cart and ride back to suites. ( are you staing at suites?)

lgsmith th is really good in Marina tower. Early birds are great and very well priced. Service outstanding.

Bring your adult sippy cup and fill with water from bar

are you at suites???? Let me know.

So thankful for all the tips. Is the walking distance far. I don't mind walking.
    Staying at the Marina tower.
Very exited ... no kids, nobody but us. Need this get away.
What is the best area for meals.. don't care if it is fancy we don't plan on bringing anything dressy
    Local food is the best.
Again.... Thank you. you're the best. Keep the list going... lol

Great post and tips. We are leaning strongly towards the Marina tower for 3 nights before our timeshare check in.
Not sure when, but we will be back

    Thanks everyone..
Already have plans to go to Cuba's Cookin. Want to see the show on Tuesday.
Don't plan on letting anyone stress me out anymore..!!!!
Carl's dementia is just getting worse. He ask me for "favors" told him I was telling Lou,
his reply "maybe I can teach him something..."
Yet, last night he was a PITA... told him he better go to sleep or he will get up and sit next to me all night in the
chair... and it is only 2:30 am.
He looks at me and said "yes, maam..... ms. bossy. lol
Off for a cat nap. Mani/pedi at 2pm .. finish packing.
Kids meals are all set dates to cook them and how.
Bought paper plates, bowls, cups and plastic ware.
Should not be any dishes to use...

The wifi in the lobby of the Ocean Suites is REALLY good. I wasn't able to connect too well in my room, however. I have never tried connecting on the island like cindyo suggested, I will definitely be trying that this year! Would love to listen to Pandora while laying on the beach
