2 and 3 bedroom Divi penthouse golf villas for rent/sale wks 51 & 52 in best building

I have a few incredible situations available for sale and rent at the new section of golf villas at Divi Golf and Beach Resort. My units are the best ones at this resort, in that they all face the infinity pool and have great views of the pool, golf course and sea. As penthouse units, all of my units come with exclusive use of the rooftop, where there are 2 hot tubs, bbq grills and a lounge area.

I have a 3 bedroom 5 bath unit available in Birdie 2 for week 51. I also have a 2 bedroom 3 bath unit available in Birdie 10 for both weeks 51 and 52. These units are combinations of 1 bedroom 2 bath units and the adjacent studios, making for very large units with plenty of privacy.

The 2 bedroom units sleep 8 and the 3 bedroom unit sleeps 12.

The nightly taxes are $22/night for the2 bedroom and $24/night for the 3 bedroom.

The dates for 2012 are week 51--12/22/12-12/29/12 and week 52 --12/29/12-1/5/13

Sorry I am rather new to timeshares etc!

Is there any flexibility with the dates? We are looking to book for August! Is this at all possible? Sorry if this is a stupid question!

(We are looking for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom from around 10th August)
