Week 27, July 6-July 13 room 337 third floor ocean and pool view $850.00-rented
Week 28, July 13-July 20 room 337 third floor ocean and pool view $850.00
Week 37, September 16-September23 room 525 5th floor ocean and pool view $850.00-Rented
Week 46, November 16-23 room 319 third floor pool and ocean view $850.00-Rented

Weeks 21 and 22 are in a very desirable oversized ground floor room with a large patio with direct access to outside, steps from the sea.

All rooms sleep 4 wih a King bed in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The galley kitchen is equipped with sink,stove top,microwave,2 small refrigerators,coffee maker,blender,dishware,silverware,cookware,and cooking utensils.

In addition to the rental price, there are $88.34 in taxes payable to the resort per week. Weeks can be "swapped " for other weeks for a fee of 60.00 based on availability.

First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Marco, I'm from Brazil and I'm visiting Aruba for the first time with my wife and my one year old kid. I'll be there from May 12 to May 20. How does timeshare works? I saw that you don´t have for this period but how does the exchange date work? Who contacts the hotel?

Hello.
The rental period for our units starts on Friday and ends on the following Friday. It would be best for you to look for a resort that offered Satuday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.If you do that,you will only need 1 extra night.
