I have a confirmed reservation for a 2 BDR oceanview unit at the Marriott
Surf Club for the week of 4/7 - 4/14/12. It is a 2 bedroom oceanside unit,
beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, living room, dining
room, 2 balconies, internet in rooms, dvd player. Sleeps 8. Pool and lots of
beach front.

Renting this unit directly from Marriott will cost you nearly $1000 per
night during this holiday/spring break week. We're asking $3999 for
the week.

Long, positive renting history, references available upon request.
