We are renting our 3 bedroom spacious timeshare at the Marriott Surf Club from week 18-51 in 2012 only. These units have been recentley renovated with all soft goods items, freshley painted rooms, new carpeting in hallways, flat scrren TV's in living room. We used one of our weeks this October and they look terrific.
6/30/12-7/7/12 (RESERVED AT THIS TIME)
If you need a different week, we can try to change it if it's available
Daily room tax is about $12
The unit includes:
3 Bedrooms
3 Bathrooms
Kitchen
Dining Room
Living room
Large Laundry Room in the unit
2 sofa beds
Sleeps 6 comfortabely, however the unit can accomadate 12.
Asking $3,500

Where is this unit located? What kind of view does it have?

All of the 3 bedrooms are located in the compas tower - (Check-in-building at the Surf Club)
It is Ocean View, you either get the pool or the other side of the building.
