I have a 2 bedroom 3 bath and a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit at the Divi Phoenix for 12/24-12/31. These are duplex, penthouse, oceanfront units that sleep 8 and 12 respectively. The 2 bedroom rents for $5000 and the 3 bedroom for $5800.

I also have a 2 bedroom 3 bath and a 3 bedroom 5 bath unit at the new golf villas section of Divi Golf also for 12/24-12/31. They sleep 8 and 12 respectively and go for $4000 and $5500. I have references from the last 5 years of rentals.

There are now 3 units available. The 3 bedroom unit at the Phoenix has been rented.

Everything has been rented out, except for a studio available 12/24-12/31 at the Divi Links
