It is mandatory All Inclusive. The AI is $95 per day, per person in Aruba and $45 on up at their other resorts. Hi,
My contract limits me to weeks 18 to 26 than 36 to 50 in Aruba. Anytime at any of their other resorts.
I would consider renting it if you want to go at another time.

The unit I own is a very large oceanfront. There are only about 14 of these huge units there, so the reservation has to be made early as they are rented out quickly. If I can get an available reservation I would charge $1400 fro the unit.
Otherwise what I alaways do is I trade it for 2 hotel rooms and charge $700 for each room for the week. Nice thing about the hotel rooms, you can arrive any day of the week.
