Not able to use the timeshare anymore so we just want to find someone to takeover the remaining 33 years. Beautiful unit in the villa building - one bedroom suite. New owner only has to pay the transfer documents fee $350 and next years maintenance fee $667. Email me at enola.caig@yahoo.com
