We have a 2 BR, 2.5 Bath unit during President's Week, Wk. 7 of 2012 (2/18 - 2/25) that we're renting for $2,300. There is also an energy and tax surcharge at checkout of roughly $20/day.

This unit sleeps 6 and has two king beds and a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. It also has a kitchen, living room, dining room and patio.

This is an Oceanfront Resort with many amenities.

We're also accepting offers to sell this room as well.

However, any sale in which the room is already rented would make it's first use available the following year.

How many years are left on the contract? is it one floor or two floors?
