We still have not rented our timeshare for this year and we are unable to go. If you want a great deal, here it is!

Regarding question on points. Yes, currently this timeshare is set up thru RCI. It is 68,500 points annually.

I have had potential buyers ask me if they could drop RCI/Points and just go direct to Divi. Yes, this is easily done. $89.00 administrative fee.

This is still available...Many inquires, however, still available.

When/If we sell this timeshare, I hope in the future (when our financial situation has changed), that I can find this type of deal for rent ($500.00!!!!!)
