Has anyone stayed at the Divi Phoenix? I will be there in 6 days and I'm a first timer to Aruba.

We have a time share there, been there 7 times. Anything we can answer for you? If you are looking for a wild partying resort..............the Phoenix isn't the place. it's quiet & relaxing but very laid back. Great resturant, Sunset Bistro, for all meals and a short walk down the beach to everything you might need or want to do!

I own there but haven't stayed the last two years. There is major construction going on. They are redoing the rooms in the towers and building new units on the property next door. The resort itself is great. Quiet, nice restaurant at he beach, and you'll always find a hut with no problems. I would skip it this year though.

We were there in March, and there is construction going on, but at that time it wasn't annoying or noisy. There was a lot of debree flying around, insulation, but the resort was always cleaning up. Go, have fun, and you will be hooked!

We were there in Jan. Construction work begins early and if you are in the tower facing Palm Beach it is noisy and view is blocked. Our room had been updated but now you cannot fully open the bathroom door because it is blocked the the bowl.
We love the beach at Divi Phoenix - it is quite and not crowded. I imagne this will change when construction is completed.
