Hi, I Own Week 23 in the Divi Phoenix. 1 bedroom sleeps 4 in the Villas Poolside and beach. I paid including upgrades 10,500. I am asking $6,000. Or Best Offer.
You may also Rent it so you can see what it is worth. Rent is $700.00 for the week. It is the last week of May into the 1st week of June. I am selling because I have 2 other weeks and can not afford to go twice a year any more.

Hi , The Villa has only two floors My unit is 209 (2nd) Floor Sleeps 4. Poolside. We like it
but Can't go to Aruba twice a year Anymore . I am asking $700.00 for the week which just covers my Maintainence. The unit should be worth a lot more now that the Phoenix is Expanding. Let me Know. Thanks Linda
