i know that if one holds the OLD contract for Divi Dutch or Divi Village, and if one relinquishes their week (do not use it) they do not have to pay your annual fees..
this as far as i know is for OLD contracts......... i do not know if it includes Phoenix Golf village/villas my friends own wks 4, 5, 6, 7 divi village original building and have to let divi know if they are using the units or not. if they are, they pay the annual fees. these are right of use units, not deeded units. i think each of them was a 30 use contract. and they can accelerate their weeks too, providing they pay the fees.
