please folks, when responding to this, please direct cindi to your timeshare for rent post on this site.
if you do not have it listed, please give her the following: name of resort dates sleeping capacity ocean/pool/garden view? price dates.......not just "week 52" bedrooms? king, 2 queens etc daily room tax. Cindi P. likes this.

Weeks 1 and 2 available
We have Wks 1 and 2 (1-7-12 thru 1-21-12), at Paradise Beach Villas on Eagle Beach. It is a 2 bedroom townhouse, sleeping 6, master bedroom suite has a king bed, lg bathroom, & bacony on the 3rd floor with ocean view. The lower level has bacony with pool/bar view, bedroom with twin beds, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room with sofabed. We are asking $1400 per week. I have to check with the resort about daily room fees. I know that they require a $300 credit card hold on arrival, to be used for any charges or damage. It is a quiet resort and we love going there.
