I have floating weeks at the 5 star Occidental Grand Aruba resort on Palm Beach.
They are 18 to 26 (5/3/08 to 6/28/08) then 36 to50 (9/6/08 to 12/13/08) you choose the week.
I rent out the hotel room for $700 a week. It is All Inclusive and that costs is $85 per person per day. That includes everything food,drinks,entertainment 24/7.
The AI is paid to the resort and $700 for the room to me.
They can be rented starting any day of the week, which may save you on air fare if you can go mid week.
