Hello all,

My unborn son has a heart defect and he is going to need surgeries. I have a 2 br Ocean side unit at the Surf club for sale. The asking price is $30,000. 2008 usage is available. Right now I have it booked for Feb 1-Feb 8th. If I cannot sell the unit I will rent out my week.

the master unit for $2600 and the guest unit for $1500.

I would love to keep the unit, but we have to try and save our baby and home.
