I am selling one of my 1 bedroom units at the Marriott Ocean club. Marriott is asking $18,500 for gold season. Submit an offer and I will consider it. By buying resale all you miss out on is the ability to turn unit into Marriott for points, otherwise you get all the benefits of Marriott.
