Marriott Surf Club 3BR for sale LOOK
Hello....I am the owner of a 3br/3ba Oceanview unit at the Surf Club. The week is gold season (which means you can use from weeks 18-50.) It is a lock-off unit so you may use entire villa or lock-off a portion of it. Asking price is only $29,900. I paid more than that 2 years ago when I purchased. The current price Marriott is selling these units for is $36,600 per their vacation club representative. Maintenance fee has been paid for 2008. I have checked several websites(redweek, etc.) and my asking price is the cheapest I could find for a 3BR unit. There are only 20 3br units at the Surf Club.
