My husband and I are renting an OCEANVIEW guest room for the week of September 14-21. Asking for $1000 (negotiable) for the lock off.

This guest room sleeps 4, includes a balcony, a queen size bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, etc. Please visit Marriott Surf Club's website for more details. The room is currently going for $289 per day on Marriott's website.

In the alternative, we would be willing to rent out the large one bedroom with a full kitchen, for $1500.
