I have 2 Presidents weeks available at the Marriott Ocean Club.

The first one is for Feb. 18-25 and the other one is for Feb. 19-26 2012.
(Saturday or Sunday check-in/out)

Both are for a FULL 1 Bedroom Oceanview Villa. (NOT a studio or a lock-off)

Rental is $2,600/week.
The only thing to add is the $10.28/night Occupancy Tax.

I'm a VERY honest and serious owner.
Previous renter's references available
