I have a 1 bdrm (or 2 hotel units) available for any week from May3rd to Dec 20th, 2008.
Beautiful beach area ... daily activities ... nightly shows ... great location!
Rental Price: 1 bdrm for 1 week is $1250
1 hotel for 1 week is $625

The all inclusive for this contract is optional.
If you choose the all inclusive, the rates are:
May 3rd to July 5th $85.00 pp per day
July 5th to Sept 6th $100.00 pp per day
Sept 6th to Dec. 20th $85.00 pp per day

The all inclusive can also be taken for just 3 days at the beginning or end of your week.
