The weeks that it is available to use on a first come first served basis are weeks 18 to 26 then 36 to 50 in Aruba. These weeks only apply to the Aruba property. The “Occidental Resorts” are Worldwide and your weeks can be used at any of their other resorts anytime. You can stay 2 weeks or rent one out and stay in the other. You can choose to split the 2 weeks and stay 1 week at different resorts. You can rent out the weeks if you will not be using them. There are many options on how the weeks can be used.
It is mandatory All Inclusive. The AI is $85 per day, per person in Aruba and $45 on up at their other resorts. The AI includes all Drinks Food, Snacks Entertainment (Great Dinner Shows) 24/7 Etc. Great price if you consider drinks alone cost you about $8.00 or more each. There are several restaurants and bars (including a great swim up bar in the pool). I have 3 weeks available in 2008. If purchased before I rent the rooms, you can have the

Would you consider renting me youR unit for a long weekend? I am available to Travel April 15 or 16th thru the 20th. I am aware that The Occidental requires a week booked. I would at that point have very late check in. In your post you are willing t rent an entire week for $700.00. Would you consider accepting half of the cost for half the time? Kindly let me know if you are willing to rent to us as we are new to Aruba and fell in love with it (We were there for 2 weeks recently). I do know that we are interested also in purchasing a time share at the Occidental as we had such a great time and made a few nice friends there. As a purchase it would have to be big, beautiful and Ocean front. Precisely the way that you descibe your unit. My thought was to rent a unit we may be interested in purchasing, and if it is everything that we hoped for make you an offer. Plese let me know ASAP as I am on the market now to rent for that time specific and to move forwad with a purchase as soon as we find one we cant refuse.
