High Season weeks 2-17, but can go 17-51 as well. Weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. This is a two room suite, one room is the bedroom with own bathroom and balcony, then an ajoinging room with living room. The living room suite has a fold out couch to sleep 2 (great for the kids) kitchen, separate full bath and balcony access. This is a mandatory all-inclusive resort. There is still one week available in 2009 to be used or banked to use next year. Buyer pays any closing costs and transfer fee for resort of $250.
