This is a hotel unit and, unlike the larger units at the Occidental, it can be rented for a week beginning on any day of the week. The total cost for the unit for the week is $675.
The unit is available from now until Dec 17. The all inclusive is not mandatory so the option is yours as to whether or not you wish to take it. This hotel resides on a beautiful section of Palm Beach.

The room comes with a king sized bed or 2 double beds. It also has a small refrigerator. All of the timeshare units have a balcony.

This hotel occupies a great spot on Palm Beach.

My contract usually runs weeks 18 -50. It changes in April depending on Easter.
