I booked the Occidental Grand Aruba hotel for Sun, Sept 11 - 18, 2011 for 2 or 4 people and I cannot use the week....my loss is your gain. This is a Sunday - Sunday reservation. The cost for the week is $800 for the room and the All Inclusive is OPTIONAL. If you choose to do the All Inclusive the cost is $95pp/day, or $1330 for the week for 2 people. This is a GREAT DEAL!! There are no hotel taxes or surcharges. This is the rate for timeshare owners. The room will either have 1 King bed or 2 Doubles. If this week is not good, I can check for different dates.

Located in the high rise area, this is one of the widest parts of Palm Beach and this is the only hotel with a bar on the sand.....no trips back to the pool bar to get a drink!!

If you choose to do the All Inclusive it includes all meals in the breakfast and lunch buffet, 4 gourmet restaurants (Italian Mexican, a Steak and Seafood grill that offers steak and lobster tail, Asian which included Chinese, Japanese, Shushi and Hibatchi), midnight snacks at the pool, all alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, all activities, nightly show, beach towels, ocean floats and non motorized water sports....snorkels, kayaks, sail boats. All Inclusive guests als have access to the First Club. There is daily room service, wireless internet access, in room safe, and hair dryers.

Contact me ASAP, as I will need to cancel this reservation if it is not used so as to avoid a cancellation fee.

Yes it is still available. For my renters, I have put together an info packet of 10 pages about the hotel and the island. We have been going to this hotel in Aruba for 8 years. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.

i JUST SEND THE INFO TO MY FRIEND WHO IS INTERESTED. I WILL TRY TO CALL HER TOMORROW AND GET BACK TO YOU WITH AN ANSWER. I HOPE IT WORKS OUT FOR BOTH OF YOU. I GO IN JANUARY FOR 2 WEEKS AND HAVE BEEN GOING NOW FOR 6YRS. AND OWN AT THE DIVI LINKS. I JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE PLACE. LOL DONNA

My friend is interested but there is one problem she just sent in for her passport and won't have it back to the middle to the end of sept. Is there any way u can change the date to the middle or end of oct.? Please let me know . Thanks, donna
