we are looking to rent out PBV week 5 sat to sat Feb 4th - Feb 11th. the room is 101 in phase 1 bottom floor with sliding doors that open to pool side. closest to phase 2 building. this is a 1 bedroom full kitchen and bath with a pull out sofa and sleeps 4. We are asking $1,100.00/neg there is also an aprox $15 a night utility charge.
