    Posting Guidelines

    I appreciate Andrea J's. suggested guidelines for posting.

    I failed to appreciate the fact that not everyone has a week to date calander to refer to.

    most timeshare calendars are similar, if not the same. unfortunately though, some are different. some folks that are prospective renters so not know what "week 4" is.
    those of us familiar with timeshare terms know that week 4 is the 4th week of the year...late january.

    per forum rules, we want no unanswered questions......we want transparency.
    so that is the reason we ask for dates, for occupancy amount, for daily room tax.

    Daily resort fee/tax?

    Contact Information.....Please do NOT list your phone number.

    RENT: Resort Name: # Bedrooms/# Baths/ Date

    FOR SALE: Resort Name: : # Bedrooms/# Baths/ Week

    For Example

    Marriott Surf Club 2 Br/3 bath November 11-18, 2010

    Playa Linda 1 br/1 bath Week 50
