***ALL MY WEEKS HAVE BEEN RENTED.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR INTEREST! ***

Hi,

We will not use our Renaissance Ocean Suites TS for 2010

(Exceptionally will go to Hawaii for a change...)
In consequence they can be yours...

Rental rates are as follow:
Week 10 $1399 unit #2348 ($200/night) March 05-12, 2010
Week 11 $1295 unit #2352 ($185/night) March 12-19, 2010
Week 12 $1295 unit #2353 ($185/night) March 20-27, 2010

More if you take two weeks I will take $200 off total rental cost.

Rental prices are not negociable. Thank you.

All these rentals are for the larger oceanfront end units.

Week 10 $1399 unit #2348

Week 12 $1295 unit #2353

The view...

(Movies of each unit available on request)

Also if you would like to have another week during the high season (Dec. 17 to April 16)
An exchange can be accomplish if there is availability for a $60 per week transfer fee.
(Payable to the resort when checking in).

But keep in mind that you may get a regular ocean view unit and not a larger oceanfront unit in the exchange process.

Can you please sen me a picture of the inside. I'm familiar with the regular units and I am only considering this because its the larger one.
