paul will never leave FLA in aug or sept for a vacation out of the country EVER again.
hurricane irene totally freaked us out when it was heading for FLA and we were in aruba. we were worried sick about the dog and cats. (one of the cats not so much) so we have given some thought and we think that our time to visit aruba will exclude: AUG, SEPT and DEC. but for $2800 to hell with the pets right??? i hope someone buys that unit. the price is obscenely low.

haha...your funny, Andrea. Just tell Paul it's a great deal! I have a place in Florida as well and I was there that week. Irene came close to me (Ft Lauderdale) but it was just windy. I then had to fly back to NY a day early to prepare for it hitting us there as well. I do understand that having pets makes it a little more challenging. Hope you had a great Christmas.

HI Scott. I got an email back from Renaissance. The closing fees are 250.00 and the deed never expires. It is a lifetime membership. Week can be transferred for a fee of 60.00 if available. Let me know if you have any other questions. The unit is still available.

Billy999 Let me know if you have any other interested parties I have a week 15 for sale, your week can not be exchanged for weeks between 1&15 but can be exchanged for other weeks. You have to own Bet 1 &15 to exchange during that period. Have a Great Day. Bill
