Can this week be switched to a week in December if it's available? Or is it locked in for September 24?

Week 49; December 3 - 10, 2010

Thanks for checking into it. I'm an owner at the Renaissance so I'm aware of the procedure, as well as the $60.00 transfer fee to move the week.
