A Friday to Friday timeshare, Week 15 starts as early as April 9 or as late as April 15 depending on the year. Four out of every seven years it falls on Patriots Day Week, which is school vacation week for many.
The resort has a very liberal exchange program. Because Week 15 is considered a “High Season” week, for just $60 you may exchange the week for use in any week year-round (pending availability, of course…I have always gotten my desired week).
You can even use a week “in advance”. For example, if you wanted to go in November of 2012, you could “pre-pay” the year 2013 maintenance fee, plus the $60 exchange fee, and use the timeshare.
Room 2327, a very nice location, third floor, great pool view with ocean visible as well. It is shown as Room 327 on attached room layout.
This is a suite with master bedroom (king size bed) with closet, dresser and TV. Living room area with queen size pull our sofa. Living area also has table, four chairs, TV, and dresser. Sleeps four. Full bath with shower/tub and two sinks. Kitchen has two dorm sized refrigerators, sink, stove top, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, blender, cookware, dishes, glassware, etc. Slider to porch above pool, table and two chairs on porch.
Why purchase from me? I'm well known to the Forum, can provide references and I have a good working relationship with the timeshare manager (who will safely handle the transaction). More importantly…it is a valuable High Season week, a room with a nice view and price is competitive.
Update to the advertisement at the beginning of this thread for Renaissance Week 15, Room 2327:
The 2013 maintenance fee has been paid and the room has now been rented for 2013. Thus, first room availability is in 2014. However, I have other rooms available for rent in 2013 and would make one available to the purchaser of this unit at the maintenance fee rate ($664).
I am also lowering the asking price. I would sell this room for $6,200.
