WEEK 27, One bedroom unit at the Renaissance Ocean Suites for sale. This is a 1st floor unit; steps from the pool ... unit 113. Accommodates 4 people. One bedroom, king-size bed; pull out full size sofa in living room; cooktop, microwave, refrig/freezer; dining table; bathroom; 2 TVs.

Resort is well-maintained. Two pools, beach and full access via motor boat shuttle (8 minutes) to the beautiful Renaissance Island. Walking distance to 2 casinos and many restaurants, as well as shopping.

Maintenance fee for 2011 was $641 and is current.

Price is $4,800.00.
Buyer pays resort $250.00 transfer fee directly to Renaissance. No other fees involved whatsoever.

Dates in 2012 would be July 6 trough July 13. Renaissance is Friday to Friday usage.

No.
But the next resort refurbishment is due for 2013, who knows what they will do then....

There are currently two of the smaller refrigerators in each unit which has provided plenty of room for beverages, cheese, snacks etc. The ones in our units are brand new. Also there is a huge demand for first floor units! Easy for people to access when they have difficulty with stairs and walking the halls. Sounds like a great deal to me!

Thanks for the information on the upgrades due in 2013 qlaval! The assessments may increase, but who can complain when you have an exclusive Private Island!

We have always found the two small fridges to be adequate. After all, we're not there to cook four course meals. That's what eating out at all the great restaurants is for and these units are perfectly placed for walking to so many great restaurants. didn't know there was going to be an upgrade in 2013, but I'm sure it will just add to the enjoyment.
