Beautifully furnished, marble floors and marvelous ocean front views of Palm Beach. Use as 1 week in Ocean Front unit or can be traded for 2 separate hotel rooms. This is a Deeded Property which means you own it forever and it can be passed on to your heirs. The weeks are floating weeks. The weeks that you can reserve are 18 to 26 then 36 to 50 in Aruba. These limited weeks only apply to their Aruba property.
In 2012 the 18 to 36 weeks are May 5TH to June 30TH than 36 to 50 are Sept. 8TH to Dec. 15TH.
The “Occidental Resorts” are Worldwide and your weeks can be used at any of their other resorts anytime. There are many options on how the weeks can be used. Also can use bonus weeks and stay longer. No resort fee.
It is mandatory All Inclusive. The AI is $95 per day, per person in Aruba and $45 on up at their other resorts. The maintenance fee for the year is $750.00 (this is only $325 per room if you trade the ocean front for 2 hotel rooms). The AI includes all Drinks Food, Snacks and Entertainment. There are several restaurants and bars (including a great swim up bar in the pool) the resort is all private except for the Casino which has a separate entrance for the public.
