I've decided to rent out my timeshare & stay with friends at another resort this year. I don't know the exact room number, since I booked this as an exchange. Typically it's been in the phase 2 or 3 buildings. There are 3 floors in the buildings, no elevators. I have asked for 1st or 2nd floor, but there are no guarantees.

The resort is located behind Tamarjin AI. You walk between the Tam buildings & you are right on the beach. There is a pool at each of the sections. This is 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area & living room. There are flat screen TV's in both living room & bedroom. The living room has a pullout couch, queen size. They will bring you a regular full mattress if you want for the pullout couch.

I forgot about the taxes & energy fees. It runs about $18/day for this unit, so I will take $100 off the asking price to cover some of the costs.
