Riu on ebay

Ebay-Riu--2 bedroom-3 bath unit is on ebay. It is a very large unit.
Bid is at $561 with 23 hours left. It is for a week in June.
I will be glad to answer questions about the unit.

Hope this helps you. Wish I could bid-husband would divorce me.

Looked at a timeshare sale website and saw a listing for week 28 for $5000.

Lynn, I do have a couple of questions

The listing "claims" that "room 546-548"..."No other unit has that many bathrooms" Is that a true claim
Being a lock off, would the owner be able to rent part and use the other?
Does the rental of part or all of the unit have to go through Riu or Interval International?
The all inclusive for timeshare owners is optional correct?

546/548 is a double unit. Two separate doors-both take you into the apartment. You can lock off 546-you would have a king bed,small refrig. bathroom and closet. The other half would be 2 queen beds-sleep sofa in LR dining area kitchen and a bathroom-there is also a bath off the 2nd bedroom with a walkin closet. Only one in the hotel with 3 bathrooms.
You would rent the lock off.
AI is optional. $60 a day per person for 1 week.

You are now selling your timeshare unit? Is this a second unit bc last week you were going to rent me one for the first week in August 2011?

I am not selling my timeshare. The one for Aug.belongs to a friend and she is very interested in renting due to a family situation.

The one on ebay only has an hour left to bid. It is at $810. Go to the ebay site-search for Aruba timeshares for sale and scroll down. It is the 2 bedroom.

Look at the pictures by arubanut at the bottom of the add. You will see what the unit looks like. Not the ones put on by Resort Closinga-they are of a hotel room not a timeshare.

Bid is $820-only a few min.left.
