Hi everybody,

I asked this in the timeshare section, but I don't think as many people frequent that one.
I read in a trip report (which was very detailed and answered a lot of questions) that a member was able to request the room that she stayed in and so ended up in an end unit with a private balcony and beach view on three sides.
I was wondering if ....
1. Anyone knows where to find a room layout or diagram of the divi phoenix so that I could possibly do the same and.....
2. We are staying in a timeshare so is this possible? Do they have set reservations for rooms that are rigid?
