Week 25 (Jun 23 - Jun 30, 2012) is just after the end of the school year! I have two one bedroom units (#2101 & #2206) for sale or rent in LaQuinta Phase II. The resort offers a relaxed low-key unpretentious environment in surroundings with all the comforts of home including two outdoor swimming pools, BBQ grills, an on-site car rental agency, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi Internet access, baby sitting services and a swap library. Any other island activities can be arranged with the help of the friendly Front Desk staff. The Resort also features an intimate food and beverage poolside facility offering daily service for breakfast and an extended menu for lunch and dinner. Each unit sleeps 4 people and has a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Unit 2101 has a separate Jacuzzi room and unit 2206 has a Jacuzzi on the unit’s balcony. World famous Eagle beach adds to the enjoyment of your Aruba vacation. The resort provides beach lounges, beach tents and palapas to enhance your enjoyment of Eagle beach.

The maintenance fee has already been paid for 2012. If you want to try either or both of the units before you make a purchase, I would be willing to rent either, or both, to you for the maintenance fee. If you decide to purchase a unit I will credit your rental fee to the purchase price. If you purchase both units I will offer a $500 discount on the $2,600 current asking price for each unit.
