Are timeshares prices negotiable?
What is a good price for a 2 bedroom at the surf club?
I am not sure i want to embarass myself and ask the renter if its negoatiable.

there is no set price for what is a good price. the seller will usually indicate what "season" if it is a holiday season ex: christmas the price will be pretty high.

look thru this thread to see what others are asking.

Look at rentals on TUG
You can offer a lower price and see if the owner makes an offer or accepts yours. Never hurts to make an offer.

What do you think a good price is?Put into consideration that a timeshare owner had to buy it first at about $18-$20 thousand and the maintenance fees are $1200 per year.Marriott charges between $250-$350 per night depending on the season.

Also consider if it is an oceanside (good), ocean view (better) or ocean front (best). The prices will vary by the location. Marriott SC will not guarantee high or low floors -you can request- so this isn't relevant. None are bad-just a personal preference.
