    We didn't buy the internet package, so service is off and on. We are on the ground level and continue to have problems. I'm going to try to attach 2 pictures of what we come home to every night.

    You'll either need to reduce the image resolution/file size to load them on the forum or load the files to a photo sharing service like Google Photos and post an embedded link.

    So sorry to hear this. No acceptable at all. You should be given another room. I am glad you posted how bad things are so others will be aware. Hope things improve for you and your family.

    I'm on my phone so can't do a lot and spotty service. I'll post more when I return home with pics.

    They moved us in the middle of the night after I demanded someone was going to clean our bathroom because I had been doing it every night and this was my last straw. Every night we return to a tub full of bubbles and nasty stuff and the sink overflowing with the same only this last time it was everywhere. All over my meds, brushes, hair stuff, tooth brushes, hairdryer... everything.

    They seemed to kniw now it was an issue and said it's the bubbles/wash from the rooms above us (were on the first floor) and the washers upstairs, coming into our drains!!!! How nasty! We have been dealing with everyone's daily scum and clothes all week. When I told them I wasn't cleaning it again because with no water pressure you had to scoop the bubbles by hand with a cup and dump them and then use the cup to fill it up over and over to rinse it and it takes usually about an hour they tried to say housekeeping would clean it in the morning! NOPE! I've been at the beach all day and I want a shower and go to bed and someone, anyone, is going to clean it tonight! They moved me.

    We we spent half the night packing and trying to get moved to the other side and was up until 3:30am moving and putting things away. They said we could move some and come back the next day, since the other room was technically ours. I LOCKED, deadbolted, and put the chain on to they wouldn't come in until all our stuff was out....how do you think that went? I went back on the morning and the room was stripped and laundry laying in the floor! So frustrated with this place!

    Ill write more later. Just wanted to fill you all in a little. It was a long frustrating night!

    BTW we love Aruba and are having an amazing time exploring and going everywhere. We met a US family and have been hanging out with them and going to the beaches and just got back to dinner. Funny thing is, they rented the cottage that I was going to and love it there. We're having a blast! I ❤️ Aruba

    Glad you contacted management and changed rooms, even if it was the middle of the night. Hope the rest of your vacation goes amazing & smooth. How long do you have left?

    Glad you got the new room and love your attitude about your wonderful vacation.... in spite of the room issues.
