Weeks of 4th of July & Labor Day 2008 - Aruba Surf Club
We are offering for rent a week at Marriott's Aruba Surf Club, Aruba's newest timeshare property.
For the 4th of July week (check in Sat June 28, 2008 and check out Sat July 5, 2008) - WEEK 26 , the property includes an Oceanside/view two bedroom-two bath villa with over 1200 sq. feet. It has two balconies, master suite with stretch and soak tub, fully equipped kitchen, TV's, DVD player, washer /dryer, crib, pull out couch, internet access, daily tidy service and much more. The unit sleeps up to 6 - 8 people.
For the Labor Day week (check in Sat Aug. 30, 2008 and check out Sat Sept. 6, 2008) WEEK 35, the property includes an Oceanside/view two bedroom-two bath villa with over 1200 sq. feet. It has two balconies, master suite with stretch and soak tub, fully equipped kitchen, TV's, DVD player, washer /dryer, crib, pull out couch, internet access, daily tidy service and much more. The unit sleeps up to 6 - 8 people.
The Surf Club is walking distance to both the Ocean Club and Marriott. In addition the resort also features swimming pools with slide, lazy river & whirlpool spa, nearby casinos and water sports rentals.
Price: $3,000 for either week:
This price includes all applicable taxes and fees. No additional costs to you.
There is a 20% Non Refundable Deposit due to hold the week. The remainder of the balance is due 1 month after reservation is made or before vacation, whichever comes first.
Renter’s agreement will be provided upon request.
