Penny,

I am still waiting on a refund for one of your properties.

The property had: propane and gas smells inside the house, dead frog and lizard in pool, overgrown weeds by pool area, rusted grill, microwave trips circuit breaker, ants in bed, broken A/C in bedroom, slow drains, washing machine never hooked up. My wife & I slept on a mattress on the living room floor.

My in-laws (who paid for a room) ended up spending money they shouldn't have had to in order to stay at a hotel instead.

I'm looking for the cost of the rental plus the hotel.

Might I remind you that I am an Aruban-American, and word is spreading fast through the island about your business practices, so much so that I've heard about my complaint from someone else already. I would Private Message you, but I don't have enough credits. Please stop ignoring my calls and emails.

For those keeping track, I've been informed by the Better Business Bureau that Penny has been ignoring their calls, as well. Would you do business with someone who does that?
