Help me find this place! My friend stayed at this hotel but can't find it

hi to anyone who lives in aruba. My friend stayed at a very cheap hotel downtown called Victoria. I have two backpacking friends who will be coming to Aruba to work and she also wants to stay there while getting settled. It's not a resort or anything of the sort so I figure someone who lives there is going to know about it and how to get in contact. They said it is downtown and not on the beach.
Would appreciate any information at all
Thank you!

Hotel Victoria

Hotel Victoria is at the very end of Oranjestad in a commercial area. I have no idea of what the rooms are like. You don't even have a pool to cool off either. There are plenty of reasonably priced rooms at boutique hotels past the major resorts. If you are on a tight budget, I reccomend "The Boardwalk" It is a short walk from the Marriott Beach, has their own little pool, nicely furnished with fully equpped kitchens, one and two bedroom casita's and lovely staff. Their website is www.arubaboardwalk.com. You can catch the reasonably priced bus to Oranjestad for shopping casino's night life, etc. near the Marriott accross the road.
