Does anyone have any recommendations for nice, safe guest houses or b and b's on the island that rent for one night?

I've found a number of them as we're looking for something a little more low-key for our vacation this march but I really don't have any first hand knowledge of them. There are a lot of reviews on trip advisor on the various locations.
