We will be staying in Aruba from 12/31/08 till 1/8/09. We are planning to sell our 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, just built "Colorado" unit. The unit is 110 sq. metes. The Gold Coast Development is the most luxury and prestigious on the island. It is located in Malmok across the street from Terra Del Sol, next to the Golf Club. Our new house in Gold Coast development is being build and due to the economy we simply can not afford both. All "Colorado" units in phase 1 are sold and the developer's price for the same unit in the next phase is about $40,000.00 higher.
