Let's see if I can absolutely get you to the exact spot.
If you were to be on the Sasaki Weg and came to the rotunda where there is the bowling alley, you would turn inland. That first stretch takes you to another rotunda where there is a TOmato Charlie on the corner.
Turn Left there and go about one half a mile and then another left and you wold be on the construction road to the land that is being cleared off at the moment.
Follow that road and you will start to see signage soon. It is going to a very cool project. Am thinking of getting involved with them and buying myself cause I can use it or rent it or both and they are not consumming beach front or other lands that will eventually stop our future generations from having a place to bathe. I like their style.
